Sourcing
Products are procured from manufacturing partners against an agreed specification, with the licences and documentation that the transaction requires.
Quality & compliance
As a distributor, our responsibility runs from the moment stock is received to the moment it leaves for a licensed customer. What follows is how we think about that responsibility.
Our responsibilities
Products are procured from manufacturing partners against an agreed specification, with the licences and documentation that the transaction requires.
Incoming consignments are checked against their accompanying documentation — batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, quantity and condition — before being taken into stock.
Stock is held under the conditions stated on the product label, separated so that batch identity and expiry sequence are never in doubt.
Onward supply is made only to customers holding the appropriate licence, with records kept so that any batch can be traced in both directions.
Licensing
Wholesale dealing in medicines in India is governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it. Solvik Pharma operates under the registrations and licences applicable to the wholesale of pharmaceutical and medical goods.
Trade partners who need our licence details for their own compliance records can request them directly and we will provide them.
Pharmacovigilance
If you are a patient, carer or healthcare professional and you suspect an adverse reaction to any Solvik Pharma product, please tell us. Reports help build the safety picture for a medicine and are taken seriously whether or not the reaction is listed in the product literature.
Please include, where you can: the product name and batch number, the reaction observed, when it started, and the age and sex of the person affected.
Report to: Solvikpharma@gmail.com
Reporting a suspected adverse reaction to us does not replace reporting through the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), and does not affect any other rights you may have.
In an emergency, contact a doctor or your nearest hospital immediately — do not wait for a reply to an email.
Complaints
If a product reaches you damaged, appears tampered with, or does not match its labelling, stop using it and contact us with the product name, batch number and a description of the problem. Retain the pack and its contents where possible — they may be needed for investigation.
